Delete your account & data

Option 1 In the app

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the Dramory app.

1. Open the Dramory app.
2. Go to Settings, then tap Delete account.
3. On the Account Deletion screen, review the information that will be permanently removed.
4. Tick “I accept the deletion risk and agree to delete my account”, then tap Next.
5. Follow the final confirmation to complete the deletion. This cannot be undone.

Have an auto-renewing subscription? If your subscription is still active, the app asks you to cancel it in Google Play first, so your billing is not left running. An already-cancelled plan does not block deletion.

Option 2 Contact us

If you can no longer access the app, send us a deletion request by email.

Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Dramory" and include the account or device identifier you used in the app so we can locate it. We may contact you to verify the request before deleting your data.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:

Retained: Purchase and transaction records are kept for the period required by law (e.g. tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations), after which they are deleted. These records are no longer linked to your profile once your account is removed.

How long it takes

Deleting from within the app takes effect immediately once you confirm it. Email requests are processed within 30 days. In-app purchases already made are non-refundable and are not reversed by account deletion. After deletion, this action cannot be undone — you would need to create a new account to use Dramory again.
